AT&T GSMS Inbound is an SMS or Voice Inbound marketing and communications tool which allows users to automatically receive, filter and respond to Inbound SMS/Voice messages. This guide will take you through the planning, creation and monitoring of Inbound orders.
Creating Inbound Orders
Once you have decided on the structure, message content and message flow of your Inbound order, it is time to create it in AT&T GSMS Inbound+. These are the steps required to create an Inbound order:
1) Set up all the Inbound Access Numbers you need (depending on your order structure this can be one or many). Your Inbound access numbers may need to be set up by your service provider.
2) Set up all the Inbound Lists you need (opt-in/opt-out lists, blacklists/whitelists, lists to capture respondent information etc.)
3) Create an AT&T GSMS Inbound order
4) Create all the SMS or Voice response messages for the order.
5) Create Choices for the Inbound order (including sub-keyword).
6) Optional: Create choices within messages.
7) Optional for competitions: Setting up a competition draw engine to automatically select and notify winners & losers (only available with AT&T GSMS Inbound+).
