<< <%SKIN-STRTRANS-SYNCTOC%> >> Inbound - Order Planning |
Whether you wish to collect information, run a quiz, competition or survey, and/or charge a fee for your service will affect the design and flow of your Inbound Campaigns.
Therefore it is crucial that you take the time to answer these questions before you start setting up an Inbound Order:
✍What is the purpose of your Order?
✍How will you structure the Order?
✍What messages will you use?
✍How will your messages flow?
✍What information do you wish to collect?
Here are some scenarios and uses for you to consider:
1) One Access Number, Multiple Choice (A quick and simple 2-4 question quiz)
For example, Text A, B or C to 1900111222
