Please see List section for details on how to create lists (note: when linking any lists to Inbound orders, please use 'TEXT' type lists). Lists in Inbound can be used for different activities:

 

•Adding an originator to a list - based on a choice being matched, the originator's mobile number will be added to a mobile list.

•Filter (Blacklist/Whitelists) Lists - to allow or deny access to the Inbound order.

•Removing an originator from a List - based on a choice being matched, the originator's mobile number will be removed from a List

•Forwarding to a shared list - when a choice is matched, the next message or original message content can be forwarded to a List of provisioned mobile numbers.

•Loser lists
