Description

Additional information about the message. This field can be left blank.

Keyword

The keyword to that you wish to assign to this particular Inbound order.

If you are provisioning a keyword, then this should be a regular expression that looks for a single word. Using ' .* ' in the 'Keyword' field means that no 'sub-Keyword' pattern in a choice will be able to be matched.

Here are a couple of key concepts when configuring your keyword.

1. Within a single customer, if you want more than one Inbound order assigned to the same Inbound number, you need to populate the 'Keyword' field with the relevant keyword for this order.

2. If you only have a single Inbound number and a single Inbound order to manage all your responses you can leave this field empty. If this is the case, all messages for the Inbound (Access) number selected will be associated with this Inbound order.
