Company Omni Preferences Details

Company Omni Preference Details set up can be utilized by Customer or Platform Administrators to set Omni Preferences. This setup will impact all the orders sent via Omni API  & web portal.

 

* Only for users with administrator-level access.

 

 

Navigate to Omni Order Summary Page.

 

 

 

 

Click on the button in the Order Summary Page, to access Omni channel's Preferences.

 

 

Omni supports multiple content types. It is a one stop messaging solution for all delivery methods. Hence setting Omni preferences include:

 

 

SMS Preference - Set up your SMS message address, delivery, filters and report preferences as explained in Company SMS Preference

MMS Preference - Set up your MMS message address, delivery, filters and report preferences as explained in Company MMS Preference.

Email Preference - Set up your preferences with MT, MO, Delivery Templates for Email-to-SMS messaging as explained in Company Emailer Preference

Voice Preference - Set up your source address, destination presentation and filter preferences as explained in Company Voice Preference.

GAMMA Preferences - Set up fallback, password, encryption, repeat alert and require acknowledgement settings under Company Gamma Preference.

 

 

Note: Any updates made to Omni preferences will impact individual delivery methods. For instance, an update with regards to SMS settings will reflect in all the SMSes sent via AT&T GSMS portal.
