As a Simple Template User (i.e. a standard user with simple template messaging license only), you only have access to:

 

•‘SMS’ option in the top menu bar

•‘SMS’ dropdown > ‘SMS’ option

•‘SMS’ dropdown > Click ‘SMS’ option > Selection from ‘New From Template‘, only

•‘Personal Setup’ in the side navigation

•‘Personal Setup' > Personal Information & Change Password in the side navigation

 

Other fields have been restricted for the simple template users by either removing from the display or greying out hence it will not be clickable.
