Overview

 

The 'MMS: Home' page is the central hub for creating, viewing and editing 'Standard' MMS and 'Broadcast' MMS (WebMMS+ license required for 'Broadcast').

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click the 'MMS' tab at the top of the interface to open the WebMMS(+) menu.

 

Click 'MMS' to open the 'MMS: Home' screen, the main hub for sending messages.

 

 

Description

 

MMS Home:

         

 

 

 

 

Create a new 'Standard' MMS message.

 

 

Create a new 'Broadcast' MMS message (WebMMS+ license required).

 

 

Choose a template to use as the starting point for your message (if any have been saved), otherwise leave as 'New From Template' to start fresh.

 

 

Choose 'My Orders' or 'All Orders':

 

•All Orders - All orders created by users belonging to the parent customer will be displayed in the summary  table.

 

•My Orders - Only orders created by the current user will be displayed.

 

 

Load order summary.

All messages that you save, schedule, or send are displayed in this table. Click an order name to view its details or one of the following icons (if available):

 

 

Change details

 

 

Opens an identical copy, which you can edit as necessary and re-use.

 

 

Remove permanently from the system

 

 

Launch a saved message.
