StaffMatch - Shift Order Responses

 

Replies to StaffMatch job offers are sent to the 'Escalation Manager', chosen when a shift order is created. Replies are sent by email, SMS, or to the platform inbox, depending on the Escalation Manager's StaffMatch preferences.

 

 

 

 

The above is an example of a positive response from an employee, sent to the Escalation Manager's email inbox.

 

 

 

 

Above is an example SMS confirmation sent to the employee.

 

 

 

 

Above is an example negative response, sent to the Escalation Manager's inbox.

 

When a 'Y' or 'N' response is received, the employee's status will be updated in the details screen for the order to 'SECURED' or 'REJECTED'.

 

 

Note: If an employee accepts an offer, then rejects it, the shift will become available again for other potential employees.
