RapidAlert can be accessed from the top menu bar options. On clicking RapidAlert, you would see the following choices in the dropdown menu that is also shown in the image below:
•RapidAlert Order Summary
•Send a New RapidAlert
•RapidAlert Template
In the following chapters, we will discuss each of the options in detail.
