Overview
Create a new customer.
|
Click the 'Company Hierarchy' link in 'Company Setup > Customer Information' menu to open the 'Customer Summary' screen.

General Information

Customer Name
|
The name of the customer/ company.
|
Business Number
|
Australian Business Number
|
Primary User
|
The username of the person who will have authority over the account (note: 'Primary User' field can not be populated until the customer and the first user are created. By default, the first user who is provisioned will become the primary user. This can be changed at a later date by someone with Customer Administrator authority).

Phone
|
Contact phone number for the company.
|
Address
|
Business address for the company.
|
Fax
|
Business fax number for the company.
|
City
|
City where the primary account holder of the company will be located.
|
Postcode
|
Postcode where the primary account holder of the company will be located.

State
|
State where the primary account holder of the company is located e.g. New South Wales, Texas
|
Website
|
Website for the company e.g. http://www.company.com
|
Country
|
Country where the primary account holder of the company is located.
|
Time Zone
|
Timezone where the primary account holder of the company will be located.

CSS Filename
|
Default style sheet for the customer. This determines the color scheme users will see when using AT&T GSMS.

Currency
|
The currency that the business accounts are calculated in.

Number Plate
|
This is a non-mandatory field and can be left blank.

Driver's License
|
This is a non-mandatory field and can be left blank.
