Customer Information - Labels

Overview

 

Customized labels can be added to SMS(+) orders, StaffMatch orders, and Inbound responses by Customer Administrators who hold the required Add-In license.

 

Labels allow you to group orders by color for easy visual identification and reporting purposes.

 

 

 

 

 

Click the 'Labels' link in 'Company Setup > Customer Information' to open the 'Labels Summary' screen.

 

View, edit, delete and create labels from here.

Name

 

Type/paste a unique name for the label.

 

Mode

 

STATIC: When assigned, label will be attached to every outgoing order and its reply.

 

DYNAMIC: Dynamic labels can be attached to Inbound responses, depending on the keyword/choice received. A 'Labels' tab will be visible when creating Inbound order choices - choose the 'Dynamic' label you want to add for each type of Inbound response, and AT&T GSMS will attach it to the message once received.

 

 

 

Click to choose the font color for your label text, and the background color to display it against. Click a square in the color picker to select that color.

 

 

 

 

Owner

 

Select from the drop-down menu. The label is only available for  users belonging to this customer.

 

State

 

ACTIVE or INACTIVE.

 

Privacy

 

PUBLIC: The label is visible to all users in the company hierarchy; i.e. the root customer can see 'PUBLIC' labels on orders created by all sub-customers;

 

PRIVATE: The label is visible only to users belonging to the current sub-customer or department; i.e. root customer 'A' cannot view 'PRIVATE' labels on orders created by sub-customer 'A-1'.

 

 

Confirm and exit

 

 

 

Your label should look something like this:

 

 

 

 

The label will be visible in message summary tables next to any messages you've applied it to. It will also be applied to any response messages associated with the originating message.

 

 

 Broadcast                                                                                                                                    

 

 

You can make labels compulsory for all orders by ticking the  'Labels (Mandatory)' check box in the 'Company SMS Preferences' screen.

 

The label(s) will now be available to select in the 'New SMS Broadcast' screen.
