Before you can import a list of contacts, you need to create the appropriate file in .csv or .txt format.
Excel
•Open Microsoft Excel.
•Type/paste your contact data as shown in the example below. You can add extra values according to your requirements.
Example of valid .csv list format
•Mandatory values are: Mobile Number, First Name, Last Name. See bottom of page for optional additional values, e.g. 'Email'.
•Click 'Save'. The file is now ready to be imported.
Notepad
•Open Notepad (or your preferred .txt editor).
•Type/paste your contact data as shown in the example below. For .txt files, each value must be separated by a comma.

•Save file. The file is now ready to be imported.

A nickname or alternate contact title.

The current time zone in the contact's location.

Currency |
The legal currency in the contact's location.

Number Plate |
Vehicle plate number.
