The 'Subscribe List' links a Mobile subscriber with a particular handset so that the message text can be rendered in accordance to the handset type.
Usage:
Broadcast Order, where 'Delivery Options Handset Profile' is set to 'SUBSCRIBER', and the 'Subscriber' List is populated
