List format that is recorded by AT&T GSMS when adding an Inbound request/response to a list.
Usage:
•Inbound Orders - add to list functionality
•Broadcast Orders - Permission Management Opt-Out list functionality.

Restrictions:
•Inbound List Rows should be limited to 4000 characters or less
•There is a limit of 1000 characters in the 'List Presentation' field which is made up of variables out of the list.
