Overview
Add contacts so you can begin sending orders using a group.
Choose a group by clicking its name in the 'Group Summary' screen.
The 'Group Details' screen will be displayed. Click
The 'Group Contact Summary' screen will be displayed.
Before inviting contacts to a group, ensure that it is associated with the correct Consent Profile, if this feature is active. The 'Consent Group' field should be populated with the name of the desired group. |

Search Contacts
First Name
|
Contact's first name (case-sensitive).
|
Last Name
|
Contact's last name (case-sensitive).
|
Gender
|
Select 'Male' or 'Female' from the drop-down menu.
|
Birth Year: Start
|
YYYY (e.g. 1982). The search function will ignore any results containing a birth date prior to this year.
|
Birth Year: End
|
YYYY (e.g. 1990). The search function will ignore any results containing a birth date later than this year.

Birth Month: Start
|
Select a month (e.g. Mar) from the drop-down menu. The search function will ignore any results containing a birth date prior to this month.

Birth Month: End
|
Select a month (e.g. Sep) from the drop-down menu. The search function will ignore any results containing a birth date later than this month.

Birth Day: Start
|
Select a date (e.g. 15) from the drop-down menu. The search function will ignore any results containing a birth day prior to this date.

Birth Day: End
|
Select a date (e.g. 24) from the drop-down menu. The search function will ignore any results containing a birth day later than this date.

Mobile number
|
Contact's handset phone number (as visible in the 'Mobile' column of the 'Contact Summary' table).

Contact's email address (as visible in the 'Email' column of the 'Contact Summary' table).
|
Time Zone
|
Current timezone, according to the contact's location, from the drop-down menu.

City
|
City where the contact is currently located.
|
State
|
State where the contact is currently located (e.g. NSW).
|
Country
|
Country where the contact is currently located (e.g. Australia) from the drop-down menu.

Contact Status
|
Select from the drop-down menu:
•CONFIRMED
•UPLOADED
|
Email Status |
Select from the drop-down menu:
•INVALID
•UNKNOWN
•VALID - the contact has validated their email address via an Automated Update.

Mobile Status
|
Select from the drop-down menu:
•INVALID
•UNKNOWN
•VALID - the contact has been sent an SMS with 'Delivery Reports' activated. If the message is delivered, the mobile status is considered valid.

Selected contacts are added to the group but will not receive any messages. They can however be sent an invite at a later time.

Selected contacts are added to the group and sent an invite. They will not receive messages until they have responded with the appropriate 'Opt-in' keyword.

Selected contacts are added to the group with implied consent.
|

Selected contacts are added to the group, with implied consent, and sent an invitation to confirm their membership.

Send Invitation Options
|
Select the method for sending a group invitation to contacts.
Note: Certain features mentioned here may require a license to be accessed within your GSMS portal. Reach out to help@sopranodesign.com for more information. For example; visible options like EMAIL AND SMS may be restricted:
•SMS
•EMAIL and SMS
A warning message will be displayed if the contact you are adding does not have the required details saved in their personal details.
If 'EMAIL and SMS' is selected but only one of these is available, an invitation will still be sent via the available channel, and a warning message displayed. |
Contacts
This section displays a summary of existing contacts and their status/attributes. Select a contact by clicking the check box on the far left of the row.

Opt-In Mobile/Email/Voice/Location |
Tick the box(es) in accordance with the desired 'Opt-in' preferences. Some options may not be available depending on the licenses held by the user.
