Reports - Scheduled Account Report

 

Overview

 

Generate or export a message report using a variety of filters.

 

In the 'Reports: Home' screen, click 'Scheduled Account Report' report in the 'Summary Reports' section.

Description

 

 

 

Clicking New Brings up the following pages:

 

Summary

 

Provide a short Summary for the report.

 

Search Options

Filter out reports using the Search Options

Report Type

 

Type of report to run. The options include: Address, License, User.

 

Company

 

Choose one of the existing companies within the system

 

 

Delivery Options

 

Choose how the Reports are to be delivered.

 

 

 

Delivery Frequency

 

Choose how often this report is to be generated ; Immediately, Once, Daily, Monthly

Delivery Method

 

Choose the medium of delivery ; Email, FTP, FTPS, HTTP, SFTP

Start Date/Time; End Date/Time

 

Date / time range from which reports are to be generated

Zip Report File

Checking this options, downloads the report in a zip format

 

Naming Convention

 

Custom naming convention for the file to be generated

Email Settings

 

Primary Email

 

A mandatory field. Choose the primary email that receives this report.

Second Email

 

An optional secondary email can be provided.

 

 

 

Maximum search timespan is one month (up to 31 days) within the recent 90 days period. Contents that are more than 90 days are automatically wiped from the system thereafter. AT&T GSMS will adjust the start/end date regardless of what is entered by the user.
