Every time synchronization is performed, a report will be generated by AT&T GSMS LDAP (Active Directory) Plug-in function. The email sent to administrators with sync reporting includes the following:
1)Deltas i.e. creation, modifications and deletions. This report will be sent to the registered email address of the customer administrator.
2)High level summary of the process.
3)Breakdown of the processed entries.
4)Number of customer, user, contact and group entries processed.
5)License information.
Note that apart from scheduled LDAP Sync, Force Synchronisation option also triggers an email with report attachment and sent to customer– administrator. Email template that is used to send the sync reports is a configurable template and can be customized by individuals to adapt to their requirements.
Here is a sample of email reporting generated post LDAP sync:
