This section allows you to set up templates for the Reminder messages that your recipients will be sent.

Click the 'Message Template' link in Reminder tab drop-down menu (also accessible via 'Setup' menu on left-hand side).

Reminder Message Details

Reminder Message |
This is the first Reminder message that is sent to a customer to confirm ('Yes') or cancel ('No') an appointment.

Reply Message Details

Reply to Confirm Message
|
This message is sent to a customer once they have confirmed their appointment.
|
Reply to Cancel Message
|
Based on a customer canceling an appointment by responding with 'No' to the original Reminder message, this message will be sent to the customer confirming appointment cancellation
|
Reply to Change Decision Message
|
This message is sent after a customer changes their mind and submits a 'Yes' (Confirm) then a 'No' (Cancel) or vice-versa.

Information Message Details

Information Message |
Provides customer with a message that does not require a response.
|
After the required changes have been made:
|
Store changes and exit
|
|
Undo any changes and exit.
