AT&T GSM provides ability to remotely wipe messages after they have been delivered to the recipient. Users may delete an A2P message sent via portal or a P2P message sent via another GAMMA app.
For A2P remote wipe, Click the GAMMA tab at the top of the user interface portal to open the GAMMA drop-down menu. Select the desired Remote Wipe option.
Remote Wipe a Single/Multi Summary
This option allows the user to remote wipe a message from a single destination device, even if the order was sent to multiple destinations.
Choose required filters to search for an GAMMA order and click
Select the checkbox next to the message(s) you want to wipe and click on

This option allows the user to delete all of the messages sent on a particular order.
Select the order you want to wipe from the drop-down menu and click on

This option allows the user to wipe all of the AT&T Gloabl Smart Messaging messages sent from the user's platform to a destination device. This option may be used if a destination device is lost or stolen.
Choose Source Address from the drop-down menu and enter a valid destination in the Destination Address field. Click |
