Reports - Scheduled Performance Report

 

Overview

 

Performance reports enable users to view message activity measured against particular time frames.

 

These can either be generated immediately as and when required (click here for details), or scheduled to be automatically generated in the future. Reports can be scheduled to run once, or at a recurring interval, and customized to only the required data.

 

For example, if statistics are required every Monday morning for 3 months showing how many messages were sent by 'User A' in each week of the period, a weekly Performance Report can be scheduled to deliver this information automatically a specific time, on the required day.

 

Click the 'Reports' tab at the top of the interface to open the 'Reports' menu.

 

Click 'Scheduled Performance Report' to open the 'Scheduled Performance Report Summary' screen.

Click a report name to view its settings or choose one of the following:

 

 

Run report.

 

 

Opens an identical copy, which you can edit as necessary and re-use.

 

 

Remove permanently from the system.
