The first user provisioned with a AT&T GSMS account is usually assigned a Customer Administrator license. Admin Users can access and edit company-wide settings, create other users, and assign licenses.
If necessary, more than one user can be assigned a Customer Administrator license.
Once an account has been provisioned by a Customer Administrator or the operator's provisioning team, an email with a temporary password and instructions to change the same, is sent. Once registration is complete, users can log into the AT&T GSMS web portal.
If login credentials are not received, check:
•Spam folder •Check with the IT security team to make sure the email wasn't rejected by spam filters. |
