Overview

 

If you've elected to receive email message replies to 'INBOX' as part of your order settings, this is where you will find them.

 

 

 

Click the 'Show Email Messages' link in 'Personal Setup > Messages' to open the 'Email Summary' screen.

Status

 

Options include:

 

All

 

Delivered

 

Failed

 

Filtered

 

Received

 

Sent

 

User

 

The user that the message belongs to.

 

Date Scope

 

Is a setting used to identify the time either that 'CLIENT' i.e. AT&T GSMS handled the message of the time that the 'NETWORK' i.e. the Network Operator handled the message.

 

Options include:

 

Network

 

Client

 

Start Date

 

The search 'Start Date' criteria.

 

Start Time

 

The search 'Start Time' criteria

 

End Date

 

The search 'End Date' criteria

 

End Time

 

The search 'End Time' criteria

 

 

 

Once you have the criteria defined, click the 'Search' button.

 

 

Summary

Maximum search timespan is one month (up to 31 days) within the recent 90 days period. Contents that are more than 90 days are automatically wiped from the system thereafter.

AT&T GSMS will adjust the start/end date regardless of what is entered by the user.
