Overview
Manage one-time passwords (OTPs).
Click the 'Authenticator' tab at the top of the interface to open the Authenticator menu. Click 'Authenticator' to open the 'Authenticator: Home' screen.
Open the desired token in the 'Tokens' summary table.
The 'Token Details' screen will be displayed. |

Click in the top-right corner of the 'One-Time Passwords' table to test an OTP directly from the portal
You will see the OTP logged in the table, and it will be sent to the mobile number as defined in the mobile field of the token.

OTP Details

Status
|
•MATCHED - the OTP has been challenged successfully
•EXPIRED - the challenge came after the expiry
•REJECTED - the challenge was rejected as OTP did not match
•Blank (not challenged yet)

Interface Type
|
The type of interface used to challenge the OTP:
•HTTP - for browser or HTTP API
•RADIUS - for RADIUS Authentication API
|
Requestor
|
If the challenge came from the portal, the Requestor is the IP address of the user who was logged into the portal. If the challenge came over the RADIUS or HTTP interface, then the Requestor would be the IP address of the server i.e. access server.
