Workflows

The favorites screen contains those contacts that you've marked as a favorite. If you need to access a contact regularly you can mark them to appear in this screen. Once a contact is marked as favorite, a quick notification appears on the screen to confirm that a contact has been added in favorites.

The Recents tab displays your current conversations and meeting rooms, ordered from newest to oldest. If you clear a conversation it will be removed from here.

The contacts tab displays all of the contacts available to you in alphabetical order. Clearing a conversation in recents does not delete the contact from this list.

Note:

1.The contacts visible in your "Contacts" page are ONLY licensed AT&T GSM users. No GSMS users are visible in this section.

2.Contacts will only display the name and number details and NOT the more recent messages.

The Workflows tab displays all of the pull Workflows that have been made available to you by your organisation.
