Overview

 

 

 

 

The 'Company Information' page displays all the details of the company / customer who is currently logged in.

 

As Customer Administrator, you can edit details and view your sub-customer hierarchy.

 

To view details about a sub-customer, click their name in the 'Customer Hierarchy' list on the left-hand side of the screen.

Customer Hierarchy

 

 

 

A 'Customer Hierarchy' list is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen, providing a quick view of the root customer and all of their sub-customers.

 

Hover your mouse cursor over a sub-customer name to show an overview of that customer's details.

 

Click a sub-customer name to open their full record for viewing or editing.

 

 

General Information

 

 

Customer Name

 

The name of the customer/ company.

 

Business Number

 

Australian Business Number

 

Primary User

 

The username of the person who will have authority over the account (note: 'Primary User' field can not be populated until the customer and the first user are created. By default, the first user who is provisioned will become the primary user. This can be changed at a later date by someone with Customer Administrator authority).

 

Phone

 

Contact phone number for the company.

 

Address

 

Business address for the company.

 

Fax

 

Business fax number for the company.

 

City

 

City where the primary account holder of the company will be located.

 

Postcode

 

Postcode where the primary account holder of the company will be located.

 

State

 

State where the primary account holder of the company is located e.g. New South Wales, Texas

 

Website

 

Website for the company e.g. <http://www.company.com>

 

Locale Language

The Locale Language function allows Admins to change the GSMS Portal's language view for all new Users being added into GSMS. Existing Users are not affected by this change in Language.

Country

 

Country where the primary account holder of the company is located.

 

Time Zone

 

Timezone where the primary account holder of the company will be located.

 

CSS Filename

 

Default style sheet for the customer. This determines the color scheme users will see when using AT&T GSMS.

Format being <company>.css

 

Currency

 

The currency that the business accounts are calculated in.

 

Number Plate

 

This is a non-mandatory field and can be left blank.

 

Driver's License

 

This is a non-mandatory field and can be left blank.

 

 

 

If you change the primary user, you will be prompted to confirm the action, as this may prevent some of your APIs from working.

 

Account Information

 

 

Account Name

Type/paste the name of the account the customer is associated with.

 

Account Number

 

Type/paste the account number the customer is associated with, if applicable.

 

Account Number

(Sales Force)

 

Type/paste SalesForce account number, if applicable.

 

Soprano Manager

Email

 

Email address of Sales person who is managing the parent customer.

 

Deactivate Date

 

Name of Sales person who is managing the parent customer.

Name

 

Click to select a date. This field is applicable to trial accounts, where access to the platform is to be removed after a given period of time.

 

Account Territory

 

Geographical region.

 

MNO Manager Email

 

Email address of mobile network operator's manager for this account.

 

MNO Manager Name

 

Name of mobile network operator's manager for this account.

 

Account Team MNO

 

Name of mobile network operator teamor department who manages this account.

 

SMS/ MMS/ Email/ Voice/ Location Unit Price

 

How much every individual message costs (if applicable).

 

Account Description

 

Any information that will help identify the account and/or its purpose.

 

Suppress Email to

User

 

When check box is ticked, it will prevent email notifications being sent to users when their licenses expire. Notifications will only be sent to the email address entered in the 'MNO Manager Email' field.

 

Whatsapp Business Account Id

Admins that have subscribed to WhatsApp Business Channel's licenses, can view a dedicated WhatsApp Business Account Id.

This section allows Administrators to customize the AT&T GSMS 'Login' page by utilising HTML content.

 

 

 

 

Login Main Body Content

 

Type/paste HTML code. This content will appear in the RED outlined section.

 

Login Middle Right Content

 

Type/paste HTML code. This content will appear in the GREEN outlined section.

 

Login Middle Bottom  Content

 

Type/paste HTML code. This content will appear in the YELLOW outlined section.

 

 

 

If no custom code is required, a default login page will be used, containing a basic  username/password panel.
