Run out of Credit

 

The following is only relevant to AT&T GSMS Support teams.

 

Q: What happens when a user runs out of credit?

 

A: AT&T GSMS license manager checks every 5 minutes, and if customer's credits reached 80%, 90% and 100% used (current default setting in SEI COMMON.properties), there is an email sent out to the primary user of the customer.  Email is sent only once when reaching 80%, 90% and 100%, i.e., no repeat emails.

 

In terms of during processing requests when credits running out of customer, there is no emails sent, but alarm is raised.  When a user credit limits is run out, there is no emails sent, but alarm is raised.

 

The Client SDK returns error code for both cases of user credit and customer credit runout.
 
Support Checked CGPHTTP response codes, and it doesn't have anything saying credits error, so I am sure even Client SDK returns specific errors indicating user or customer credits runout, CGPHTTP interface returns other generic errors. This will be updated in a later release.
