Overview
Create a new Information order.
Click the 'Reminder' tab at the top of the interface to open the 'Reminder' drop-down menu.
Click 'New Information Order' to open the 'New Information Order' screen and compose a new order. |

Name
|
The name of the order. This is for internal use only and is not visible to message recipients.

Type/paste any other information that will help identify the order.

Destinations
To

Option 1: Type/paste the recipient’s mobile number directly in the ‘To’ field. The number should be in international format. The leading zero, if any, should be replaced by the country code and there should be no spaces, plus signs or brackets.
e.g. the Australian mobile number 0414 xxx xxx would be entered as 61414xxxxxx. You can enter multiple numbers if required.

Lists

Option 2: Select 'Lists' from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
The field immediately below the drop-down box will display the available destination lists. Click the required items (hold 'Ctrl+click' to select multiple items).
A 'Recipients' counter is located immediately above the ‘To’ field. This counter shows the number of recipients who will be sent the message.

Provides customer with a message that does not require a response.

Delivery Frequency
|
Select from the drop-down menu. This determines when, and how often, the order will be sent.
•BI-WEEKLY - Once every every 14 days.
•DAILY - Once a day
•HOURLY - Once an hour.
•IMMEDIATE - Once only, sent upon clicking 'Launch' button.
•MONTHLY - Once a month.
•ONCE - Once only, on a future date.
•WEEKDAY - Once every weekday (i.e. Monday-Friday).
•WEEKEND - Once every weekend day (i.e. Saturday-Sunday).
•WEEKLY - Once every 7 days.
•TRIGGER - Launched whenever an automatic list is updated.

Start Date

The scheduled launch date for the order if it has been scheduled for the future.

Start Time
|
The scheduled time of day when the order will be launched, in '24-hour' time (e.g. '15:00' = Three o'clock in the afternoon).

Once all required fields are complete:

Store changes and exit
|
|
'Schedule' button will display if order is to be launched on a future date; |
OR
|
'Send' button will display if order is to be launched immediately.
|
|
Undo any changes and exit.
