•Customer Mapping must be in the form of ‘'<name attribute>': 'name' where <name attribute> is the attribute within LDAP to map to the name in a CustomerBean field. Administrators must ensure that the name is accurate.

 

•Customer names must be unique across the MEMS.

 

•‘Customer Synchronisation Source Id Attribute’ will always be ‘dn’ and is read-only. ‘Customer Name Attribute’ will always be ‘ou’ and is read-only.

 

•User Mapping must be in the form of ‘'<name attribute>': 'name' where <name attribute> is the attribute within LDAP to map to the name in a userBean field. Administrators must ensure that the name is accurate.

 

•As part of AD-Plugin synchronization, the system performs license sync that includes deallocation and reallocation of available user licenses. Administrators must ensure that that as part of the setup, enough user licenses are in place in readiness for synchronization.
