Features
Automated Response Messages
AT&T GSMS Inbound+’s sophisticated keyword matching algorithm allows for a pre-determined response message to be sent out based on the message received.
Targeted Keyword Matching
AT&T GSMS Inbound+’s keyword matching supports the use of multiple valid strings for a single choice. This provides users with more control in determining how keywords are matched and ensures a more accurate match for responses.
Campaign Lists
Lists play an important role in AT&T GSMS Inbound+ by allowing users to track Inbound+ broadcasts in an easy to export CSV format. Information that can be collected includes mobile number, response message, response time and response date.
Action Triggers
AT&T GSMS Inbound+ features a series of action triggers to provide improved flexibility and control over various aspects of the broadcast. Users can specify to have Inbound+ messages tallied, tracked, sorted, forwarded, responded to and entered into competition draws based on the message content and broadcast set-up.
Multi-Question Campaigns
AT&T GSMS Inbound+ allows users to create a set of questions and, depending on their response, send an appropriate reply and/or another set of questions back. By asking a series of questions instead of one, users are able to capture more information per conversation then from a single Inbound+ response. Examples include surveys, quizzes and polls.
Polls, Surveys, Quizzes & Competitions
AT&T GSMS Inbound+’s in-built broadcast engine allows users to run polls, surveys, quizzes & competitions, and hold draws in-house. The system is able to assign winners and automatically notify respondents of their win/lose status.
Whitelist /Blacklist Filtering
AT&T GSMS Inbound+’s List filtering feature allows all Inbound messages from blacklisted numbers to be blocked and not received. Conversely with a whitelist, only the Inbound messages received from a whitelisted number will be accepted.
Responses Forwarded to Mobile, Email and/or URL
AT&T GSMS Inbound+ supports forwarding of inbound messages to a pre-determined mobile number, email address and/or web domain. Responses can be forwarded to group, contact or list.
3/1300/1800 Number Support
AT&T GSMS is able to enable Inbound SMS functionality on new and existing 13/1300/1800 numbers providing businesses and contact centers with a new channel to accept customer and assistance requests through a 13/1300/1800 number.
