2. How do I know if a shift I've offered has expired?

 

You can quickly identify expired shifts by going to 'Calendar View' and looking for orders colored red.

 

 

 

 

How to set up an expiry notification

1.When you create a shift order, make sure the 'Alert Expired Shift' button is ticked.

 

 

New Shift Order  

                             

 

 

 

2. Click .

 

3.On the next screen, look for the following fields:

 

Expiry Date - Choose a date from the calendar by clicking

 

Expiry Time - Enter a time (format: 00:00 e.g. 14:00 = 2pm)

 

 

 

 

4.Send the offer.

 

A notification will be sent to the creator of the shift at the time and date specified in (3) if nobody has accepted the shift.
