You can quickly identify expired shifts by going to 'Calendar View' and looking for orders colored red.
How to set up an expiry notification
1.When you create a shift order, make sure the 'Alert Expired Shift' button is ticked.

2. Click .
3.On the next screen, look for the following fields:
•Expiry Date - Choose a date from the calendar by clicking
•Expiry Time - Enter a time (format: 00:00 e.g. 14:00 = 2pm)
4.Send the offer.
A notification will be sent to the creator of the shift at the time and date specified in (3) if nobody has accepted the shift.
