Checking Order Status & Reporting
I just sent an Omni message using AT&T GSMS portal. How can I check if the message is delivered or not ?
- In order to track the messages that you've sent using Omni, please click on Reports > Message Reports. Depending on your target message type i.e. SMS, MMS, Email, Voice, GAMMA, run a quick search to filter out the message sent by you through Omni. Reporting function has not been changed but is already capable to cater to needs of Omni messaging.
How do I track the failed Omni messages due to mismatch in content type and delivery method ?
- If you wish to particularly track failed message, please enter 'Discarded' as Message Status filter. If an Omni message is failed due to mismatch in content provided and the destination address type, GSMS platform sets status as Discarded.

Since Omni provides capability to send SMS, MMS, AT&T GSM, Voice Messaging and Email, do I need to request license for all of the products ?
- We've setup Omni in smart and efficient way such that users do not have to undergo the process of requesting all the licenses. Omni licenses are setup to provide access to each of the delivery methods i.e. SMS, MMS, AT&T GSM, Voice Messaging and Email.
I do not have dedicated access to Voice Messaging but I wish to use Omni to send Voice Messaging messages. How do I access Call Control Objects ?
- Specially for Omni users, we've included access to Call Control Objects through Personal Setup > Templates > Call Control Object Summary. Omni users can create new Call Control Objects or access existing ones using this page.
